Patricia Kelly is an icon in the entire North East. She provides youth in Hartford's most violent neighborhood statistically with an isle of safety in the middle of a war zone. She has dedicated he entire life to giving back to the community. SHe was honored for her accomplishments by being inducted into the Black Cowboy/Cowgirl hall of fame. To be in her presence is to experience greatness. She is beautiful physically and internally. SHe is my SHERO! I wish her many years of continued success. SHe will leave a legacy to the youth of Hartford that is second to none.
